为了研究硅钢热轧板脆性随温度的变化,测定了不同温度下材料的冲击韧性值,得出3% Si-Fe的热轧板,存在一脆性转变温区,其上、下限温度分别约为+100°和0℃。在此范围内,冲击韧性对温度的变化极为敏感,变化量可达一个数量级以上;在此温区外,冲击韧性几乎不因温度而变化.可以解释为:3%Si-Fe的热轧板,在脆性转变温区的上限内处于塑性状态;低于下限温度时则处于脆性状态。因此,冷轧前将板卷预热到60—80℃是避免断裂的有效措施,此时,它处于塑性状态,也不致产生损坏最终磁性的时效现象。观察3%Si-Fe热轧板断口看出:脆性断口上占绝对优势的是沿{100}面的解理断裂,介于各解理面系间较窄的过渡区的晶面多属{110},在解理面上往往可以发现(110)滑移面露头的痕迹,解理的主要走向与这些滑移痕迹几乎平行,解理面上较大的解理台阶的面多属{110}:塑性断裂时,断口上存在大量区别于{110}面系的高指数面,即使在塑性断裂时也存在少量沿{100}的解理断裂。

In this paper,effects of various heat treating processes,including conventi-onal quenching,quenching from high austenitizing temperatures,repeated quenching,austempering etc.,on strength and fracture properties of sheet steel 37SiMnCrNiMoVwere studied.Experimental results show that high temperature quenching impro-ves the fracture toughness of the steel,but leads to the reduction of impacttoughness.The repeated quenching can offer an optimum combination of strength,fracture toughness and impact properties...

本文采用板状试样,较为系统地研究了淬火温度,多次淬火(或称复合)热处理及等温、调质工艺对37SiMnCrNiMoV 超高强度钢强韧性能的影响。对断口、显微组织与断裂性能进行了分析。研究结果表明,提高淬火温度有时使断裂韧性与冲击韧性两者难以兼顾,多次淬火处理则可使材料获得强度、断裂韧性和冲击韧性的最佳配合,充分发挥材料的性能潜力。

At present,research on formability and on the influence of deformation andstamping process on useing properties of the high strength sheet steel has become onof main direction for the development of stamping techniques.The bake hardenability is exsellent property opened up for new type highstrength sheet steel on a near day.After completing stmaping deformation,sheetsteel get new strengthening in the process of bake.In older to have the high strengthsheet steel with BH property become practicability,must according to real deformationcondition of stamping in production,bake temperature etc,research above-mentionedall factors influence on BH property.Therfore,besides way of single-direction tensile deformation,research of BH result is very necessary in the double directionstretch stress condition.Usually.BH result has difference in the different direction,as a result it canhave anisotropy of sheet steel strengthen.Anisotropy caused by BH process and relation between it and so on have very important significance for stamping production.So,it is necessary to do further exploration on basic of this researcch.

高强度钢板的冲压性能、冲压变形和加工过程对冲压件使用性能的影响等研究工作,当前已经成为冲压技术发展的主要方向之一。低温硬化性能(BH 性能)是近期开发的新型高强度钢板所具有的优异性能。在完成冲压变形之后,在冲压件的涂漆与烘干的过程中可使板材得到新的强化。为了使具有BH 性能的高强度钢板走向实用化,必须按生产中冲压加工的实际变形条件(?)冲压变形的方式(指应力状态)、冲压变形方式的变化、加热温度、保温时间等,研究上述各种因素对性能的影响。因此,除常采用的单向拉伸变形方式外,对双向拉应力状态下的BH 硬化效果的研究也是非常必要的。一般说来,BH 硬化效果在不同方向上存在着差别,所以它可以使板材的各向异性增强。BH 过程引起的各向异性以及它和变形方式等因素之间的关系,对冲压生产具有十分重要的意义,所以有必要在本研究工作基础上做进一步的探索。
