Using pure benzene as raw material for the evaluation of catalytic activity of MoS_2, the study of the poisoning effect of pyridine and the "nitrogen compounds" separated from diesel fraction of Shale oil on MoS_2 catalyst was carried out. The experiments show that when the MoS_2 catalyst is previously treated by pyridine or "nitrogen compounds" under high pressure at lower temperature(300℃), it loses its activity for the hydrogenation of benzene ring; while at higher temperature (420℃), in such case that the nitrogen compounds can be completely hydrogenalyzed, therefore, the hydrogenating activity of MoS_2 catalyst remains unchanged after nitrogen compounds treatment, however, its isomerization and cracking activities are somewhat poisoned. Among these the isomerization activity is more sensitive towards: nitrogen compounds. The results also show that the pgisoning effect of pyridine is analogohs to that of the "nitrogen compounds" of diesel fraction of shale oil.

Cracking reaction of n-heptane on NaX,NaY,NaUSY,NaM,NaZSM-5 and Na~+-faujasites with different Si/Al ratios has been investigated. It is concluded that n-heptane cracking reaction on all the Na~+-zeolites studied follows a pseudo-free radical mechanism and that the deactivation rate of all Na~+-zeolites is slower than that of acidic cracking catalysts.The results also show that free radical cracking activities of these zeolites increase with the decrease of Si/Al ratios, i.e. the cracking activities are related...

Cracking reaction of n-heptane on NaX,NaY,NaUSY,NaM,NaZSM-5 and Na~+-faujasites with different Si/Al ratios has been investigated. It is concluded that n-heptane cracking reaction on all the Na~+-zeolites studied follows a pseudo-free radical mechanism and that the deactivation rate of all Na~+-zeolites is slower than that of acidic cracking catalysts.The results also show that free radical cracking activities of these zeolites increase with the decrease of Si/Al ratios, i.e. the cracking activities are related to the sodium contents of the zeolites. It seems that the active sites are linked to sodium ions, which are responsible for the formation of the free radicals.Besides, with the increase of Si/Al ratios, though the cracking activity of the Na~+-zeolites decreases, the distribution pattern of the reaction products becomes more similar to that of the typical free radical thermal cracking process. There results suggest that pseudo-free radical cracking and typical free radical thermal cracking occur simultaneously in the process of n-heptane cracking on Na~+-zeolites.A preliminary experiment of heavy oil cracking is carried out on NaY-zeolites. Higher yield of diesel fraction was obtained and the octane number of the gasoline fraction could be greatly increased by a further catalytic process in absence of hydrogen under atmospheric pressure over HZSM-5 catalyst.

本文对多种Na~+沸石上正庚烷裂解进行了考察。发现在所考察的沸石上正庚烷裂解都是按类自由基机理进行的,并且Na~+沸石上裂化活性随反应时间的增长下降得比酸性催化剂慢。实验结果还表明,这些沸石上正庚烷自由基裂解活性随沸石的硅铝比增加而降低,即裂解活性与沸石中Na~+含量有关。似乎这类沸石结构上钠离子代表着沸石产生自由基的能力,它可能就是这类反应的活性中心。另外,随着硅铝比的增大,Na~+沸石活性虽然减弱,但裂解产品分布特征,却愈趋近典型自由基热裂化,很可能在Na~+沸石裂解过程中,实质上既存在类自由基裂解,也同时存在典型自由基热裂解。用重质油为原料在NaY沸石上进行了探索性试验,发现在裂解产物中,有可能得到较多的柴油馏分,而产品中的汽油部分,在常压非临氢条件下在HzSM-5上改质后,其辛烷值能得到大幅度的提高。

An oil-in-water emulsifier has been prepared in laboratory. It is made from kerosene or diesel fraction of Shengli or Daqing crude oil by oxidation. This agent can be used to reduce the viscosity of heavy viscous crude oil in transportation. With ratio of water to oil being 30:70, the viscosity can be reduced from 8482.7×10-3Pa.s(50℃) to about 0.1 Pa.s(35℃) by use of an additive concentration of 0.5-1.0% (based on water).
