The paper describes the features of EPMA method and its applications to microanalysis of W-Ni-Fe alloy fractures and microstructures. In the first case, it details the preparation of fracture sample, defect observation and major fracturing type in the second,it details the proparation of polished microsection, and determination of the binding phase constituents, (NiFe)6W6C carbide phase and W grain size.

The difference of microstructure of Fe- 36.5at% Al and Fe- 36.5at% Al alloy with5at% Cr,and influence of temperature on tensile strength and Fracture pattern were stud- ied.It shows that Cr can improve alloys plasticity except at50 0℃ and alloys yeield strength ex- cept at room- temperature.Cr changed alloys Fracture pattern in most situation and transfomed mix fracture into cleavage fracture.

研究了加入 5 at% Cr和未加 Cr的 Fe- 36 .5 at% ,两种合金的组织差别 ,以及温度对两种合金的拉伸力学性能和断裂方式的影响。结果表明 ,Cr能改善除 5 0 0℃左右时合金的塑性以及除室温时合金的屈服强度 ,Cr在大多情况下改变了合金的断裂模式 ,使合金表现出由混合断口向解理断口形貌转变的特征。
