The effect is good for base water emission of finished product storage tank.

目前,多数油罐是用设在其底部的排污放水管和手动闸阀进行底水排放作业,油库的罐区、罐室及坑道的排水系统也是靠人工操作、定期或不定期地开关放水阀来排水。这种操作方式容易导致油水混排甚至跑油事故,造成环境污染和安全隐患。针对这一问题,对排水系统的通断控制方式进行研究,提出一种用液流自身提供的动力实现排水隔油的技术。该技术利用液流浮力变化驱动浮体升降来控制排水通道的开闭。文章介绍了排水隔油装置的原理、结构和设计技术要求。实际应用表明,该装置既能及时有效地进行排水作业,又能准确可靠地适时阻隔油品外流,用于成品油库罐底水排放及罐室坑道排水系统效果良好。

The design of a kind of 2-D horizontal intellectualized accurate probe is presented.And the total scheme is also given based on the combination of hardware and software.Double groups of parallel plate spring are used as the micro-movement framework and the precise differential transducer as the detector.The contact state between the probe and the work piece can be decided when the actual value is compared with the estimate derived from the system dynamic model.So the auto-adjusted control is realized and a high precision and measuring speed will be obtained.With the report of the static and dynamic test,it is indicated that the probe’s performance can reach the designed technical requirement.

设计了一种在水平坐标面内测量的高精度二维智能测头;论述了采用硬件和软件结合方法设计智能测头的总体方案。测头采用两组平行片簧组合作为微位移机构,精密差动传感器作为检测器件,根据测头的动态数学模型对系统状态估值和实际测值比较判断测头与工件接触状态,实现了测头工作的自适应控制,保证了精度与快速性要求。静态和动态试验结果证明:该测头技术指标达到了设计要求。
