目的:测定颠茄片中硫酸阿托品的含量。方法:采用双波长薄层扫描法。薄层扫描条件:硅胶H-0.8%CMC-Na-0.8%NaOH薄层板,以乙酸乙酯-甲醇-氨水(17∶2∶1)为展开剂,改良碘化铋钾及2%亚硝酸钠喷雾显色;双波长反射法锯齿扫描,λS=580nm,λR =700nm;线性参数为3,光束狭缝2nm×2nm。结果:点样量1~5mg线性关系良好,Y=-3128.48+39999.32X,r=0.9966;平均回收率为98.20%,RSD=1.70%,n=5。结论:方法简便,准确,可用于本品质量控制。

目的建立1种测定颠茄片中3种主要成分含量的方法。方法采用反相高效液相色谱法(RP-HPLC)、外标法定量。结果线性关系:阿托品在7.55~37.75μg/ml内良好,山莨菪碱在2.32~20.88μg/ml良好,东莨菪碱在2.5~12.5μg/ml良好。平均回收率:阿托品100.5%(n=3,RSD=1.3%),东莨菪碱99.3%(n=3,RSD=1.6%),山莨菪碱99.9%(n=3,RSD=1.4%)。3种莨菪碱在此条件下能完全分离。结论此方法准确、快速分析颠茄片中3种主要成份,灵敏度高,重现性好,药品用量少,可控制颠茄片的质量。
