This paper presents a layered plate subelement model for elastic-plastic bifurcation buckling of plates or plate-beam structures.The author proposes to discrete the plate . structures by non-confor-ming rectangle bending elements, then along thickness of plates they are further discreted by subelements, so that the representation of three-dimensional yield surface can be reduced to two-dimensional plane elastic-plastic stress analysis.In order to deal with plate structures, conception of equivalent 0r-thotropic plate is applied.For the solution of governing eigenvalue equations the author combined inverse-iteration method with load incremental tangent-modulus method and established λimin (the minimum eigenvalue)-pi (load) curve; when λi =1.0, the por is the bifurcation buckling load.Comparing the results of this paper with experimental results and clas sical solutions verifies the usefulness and accuracy of the method.

本文把平板与板、杆组合结构以正交异性矩形平板单元离散。应用能量原理建立了非线性时平板结构的分岐屈曲特征值方程。 在对平板结构作弹塑性屈曲解析时引入了“层板子单元”模型,使平板弯曲的弹塑性解析简化为二维的平面应力状态的层板子单元弹塑性计算。 在求解弹塑性屈曲的特征方程时,本文把求取最小广义特征值的逆迭代法与弹塑性非线性方程解的载荷增量切线模量法结合起来,得到夕Pi(载荷系)-λi,min(最小特征值)的相关曲线λ(P)。当λ(P)=1时的载荷系P_(cr),即为平板结构的屈曲临界载荷系。 本文最后给出了计算实例,并与相应的经典解和试验结果作了比较,证明有良好精度和适用性。

Then the representation of three-dimensional yield surface can be reduced to two-dimensional elastic-plastic analysis.In order to improve the accuracy of solving the equations, the first-order self-corrected technique was applied.Comparing the results of calculations with model experimental results verifies the reliability and accuracy of the method was presented here.

在壳体的弹塑性分析中。当壳体的材料从某一个表面开始进入塑性变形范围时,应力和应力-应变关系沿壳体厚度不再成线性变化,因而不能由显式得到应力沿壳厚的积分值,必须在有限单元法计算中应用数值积分。本文在以直母线锥形单元离散轴对称壳体结构的前提下,进一步以子单元离散锥形单元,使得原来一个必须用三维屈服曲面描述的弹塑性问题能以二维屈服曲面来表征。 本文取用了Prandtle-Ruess塑性坛量理论的等向强化Mises屈服准则的本构方程。非线性结构平衡方程以载荷坛量切线模量法求解。为提高解方程的精度,本文应用了-阶自修正技巧。 为验证理论计算的精度和可靠性,本文把理论计算结果与加劲圆柱壳型性试验值作了比较,两者结果相当一致。

In this paper is presented a thermal elastic-plastic finite element analysis of turbine blade root fastenings. The temperature field is calculated first. Then thermal elastic-plastic stress is analysed. Satisfactory results have been obtained.

本文介绍透平叶根—轮缘接触榫槽连接头的热弹塑性有限元分析,先作温度场计算,然后进行热弹塑性应力分析,皆获得了合理的结果.
