In this paper, a micro-column solid phase extraction (MicroSPE) setup was developed. The setup consisted of a manual pump, several insulin syringes and a teflon extraction catridge filled with solid phase. 13-cis-retinoic acid and all-trans-retinoic acid isomers were analyzed by capillary electrophoresis and the MicroSPE method.
