Their faster processes are the activity of inertio-gravita-tional waves and the geostrophic adjustment, whereas the slower processes, under the zeroth approximation, are the geostrophic wind with nondivergent horizontal flow field. Under the first approximation, there exist the slower waves as Rossby waves and their motions satisfy the condition similar to that of potential vorticity conservation.For the medium-scale system in the tropics, if its time scale is much longer than the advection time, the motion becomes the rotational wind, a steady vortex. However, the motion is nondivergent and has the relative vorticity conservation when the time scale is close to the advection time. And when the time scale is much shorter than the advection time, there appears to be the activity of gravitational waves.In the tropics, the disturbance which has the horizontal scale L-106m is difficult to maintain. This kind of system easily evolves into the ultra-long wave or the medium-scale vortex. This is consistent with the observational facts that the ultra-long waves and the medium-scale vortex are usually present in the tropics.

本文用小参数展开方法,探讨了热带大气中的特征运动及其基本属性.理论分析表明: 热带地区的超长波系统有中纬度长波的类似性质.其快过程是地转适应过程,有重力惯性波的活动;而慢过程在零级近似下是地转风,流场具有水平无辐散性质,在一级近似下是类似Rossby波的慢波,运动满足位涡度守恒的条件. 热带大气中的中间尺度运动,时间尺度远大于平流时间时为旋转风,是一种定常涡旋;时间尺度近于平流时间时,运动是水平无辐散的,且保持相对涡度守恒;若时间尺度远小于平流时间,则表现为重力波的活动. 热带大气中水平尺度近于10~6米的系统难于维持,容易向超长波和中间尺度涡旋演变.这同在热带地区多见超长波和中间尺度涡旋的观测事实相一致.

Based on the study in this field made by many scientists,the authors have improved and supplied some contents in the two-dimentional numerical model to the horizontal flow field of the surface layer, which was developed by fore goers,and have made it more perfect. To verify the reliability of the new model obtained by the authors,a calculation program related to the horizontal flow field of the surface layer,which is in the neutral and steady state,has been per- formed by computer at the Changshou Chemical Plant,located in Changshou County of Sichuan.

本论文对地形复杂的山区近地层水平流场进行了分析和研究.并在前人大量研究的基础上,推导出一个包括地形、热力、摩擦等因素在内的,能较真实反映复杂地形下大气运动基本特征的近地层水平流场二维数值模式.并结合四川长寿化工厂环境影响评价课题,用该模式对这个地区中性和稳定条件下的近地层水平流场进行数值模拟.
