缸体是高压轴向柱塞泵的重要部件。用烧结扩散焊接工艺制取的粉末冶金双金属缸体,是以45号钢作为缸体基体,在柱塞孔侧壁和配油面,烧结一层减摩性好的铜铅材料而成的一种复合结构制品。本文简述了缸体减摩材料的机械、物理性能,列出了两轮台架试验的主要结果。试验表明:型式试验结束后泵的容积效率为η_v=92.35%,高于部颁标准要求(η_v=88%),且减摩层磨损量极微。粉末冶金双全属缸体与QAL9—4青铜整体结构缸体和浇铸双金属缸体比较,可大幅度节约铜合金材料。根据试验测算,一个63CY14—1B泵缸体,可节约铜合金约8kg。
