目前,国家标准和国内生产厂家所采用的焊剂化学成分分析方法均为化学分析法,其主要缺点是分析速度太慢。本文介绍了一种相对分析法,即用优级纯和光谱纯化学试剂配制了一套与焊剂化学成分相似并成系列的光谱标样,在美国产BAIRDDV4—1000型仪器上做焊剂的化学成分分析。实验结果表明,一些含量低的元素分析结果令人满意,达到了预期的效果。

However, as the spectrum standard sample is expresed in the form of metal/metal, the deviation of analysis can be avoided to introduce the results if the corresponding ratio-coefficient is adopted for the standard samples with different element contents.

通过计算分析,研究了粉末法配制光谱标样两种表示形式的偏差问题,指出:以金属/氧化物计配制光谱标样采用纯基体氧化物的换算系数,当分析元素越多,被分析元素和基体元素二者的氧化物与金属的比值相差越大时,导致分析结果的偏差越大;而以金属/金属计配制光谱标样时,对于含量不同的标样点,采用与之对应的比值系数,避免了偏差的引入。
