Therefore, we consider that SFG possesses of sedation, enhances the inhibitory effect of pentobarbital sodium on CNS, reduces mouse learning ability, and extends the accomplishment of learning process and the establishment of consolidatory conditioned reflex.

The effects of the reaction temperature , the molar ratio, the remainder ratio and the feeding time on the special semi-batch operation of PTA esterfication were discussed. It is concluded that higher the reaction temperature and larger the molar ratio are unfavorable to the product’s quality, but the choice of suitable remainder ratio and making the feeding time near total reaction time would be beneficial to the product’s quality.
