Thismethod possesses not only reasonableness in terms ofthery but also convenient for the adoption on engineeringdesign, especially suitable for system design of sophisticated structure. In this paper calculations and analyseshave been carried out by adopting this method to evaluate the optimum parameters of supports on a single massrotor system in order to control unbalance response ofthe system.The result shows that while the parameters areproperly matched, the elastic damping support sesignedin accordance with the reverse solution method withimaginary amplitude will be highly effective for the improvement of suppressing ribration and attenuatingtransmission force of the system.

施加于转子-轴承系统的弹性阻尼支承,在设计参数选择合理的情况下可以明显改善系统的固有或强迫振动响应特性。本文采用虚设振幅逆解法计算弹性阻尼支承最佳参数。该方法既具有理论上的合理性,又便于工程设计采用,特别适用于结构复杂的系统设计。文中就单质量转子系统采用该方法估算最佳支承参数以控制系统不平衡响应进行了计算和分析。结果表明,按照虚设振幅逆解法所设计的弹性阻尼支承,在参数匹配得当时,对于改善系统的制振性和减小传递力是极为有效的。

External elastic damping support, if designed reasonably, may obviously improve the natural or forced vibration response characteristics of bearing rotor systems. In this paper, a new method to evaluate optimum parameters of elastic damping support, called the Inverse Solution with Imaginary Amplitude (IAIS), is illustrated with the calculation of dynamic unbalance response for a single mass rotor oil film bearing system, which has been proved to be highly satisfactory. External elastic damping support, if designed reasonably, may obviously improve the natural or forced vibration response characteristics of bearing rotor systems. In this paper, a new method to evaluate optimum parameters of elastic damping support, called the Inverse Solution with Imaginary Amplitude (IAIS), is illustrated with the calculation of dynamic unbalance response for a single mass rotor oil film bearing system, which has been proved to be highly satisfactory. The results of study show that to evaluate the optimum parameters of elastic damping support with the IAIS is reasonable and practicable, which inherently integrates the requirement of restraining the vibration response with that of improving the stability and the characteristics of transmitted forces of the system.

设计参数合理的外弹性阻尼支承可以明显改善轴承-转子系统的固有特性及强迫振动响应。文中以滑动轴承支承的单质量转子系统不平衡响应计算为例,介绍了一种估算外弹性阻尼支承最佳参数的新方法——虚设振幅逆解法,并取得了良好的效果。研究结果表明,按照该方法选择弹性阻尼支承最佳参数是合理有效的,并使系统减振要求与改善系统传递力特性和系统的稳定性得到了内在统一。

On the basis of linear assumption, thestudy on the threshold and regional pattern of stabilityfor a vertical oil film bearing-rotor system with externalelastic damping support is conducted. The analytical expressions of the threshold speed and whirling frequencyof rotor are obtained. The results show that the introduction of external elastic damping support may producethree threshold speeds for the vertical system, evolvingtwo unstable regions and two stable ones as well.

在线性范围内对立式安装滑动轴承转子系统,在有外弹性阻尼支承作用时的稳定性界限和区域形态进行了研究,并分别导出了转子的界限转速及涡动频率的解析表达式。结果表明,外弹性阻尼支承的介入可使立式系统出现3个界限转达,从而形成两个失稳区和两个稳定区。
