To select proper welding line energy is the only way to make the layer re-melt only and to gain a pipe joint without crack on its surface. In addition, the metal body within welding heat effect zone will produce a lot of micro-cracks because of infiltration of solid solution nitrogen in course of porcelain spraying.

本文报道喷瓷管道试件的焊接试验结果。试验表明,焊接电弧热会使喷瓷涂层发生重熔、开裂、剥落,焊接线能量越大影响越严重。只有选择合适的焊接线能量才可使喷瓷涂层发生重熔,得到表面无裂纹的接头。此外,喷瓷管道焊接热影响区的金属基体将由于喷瓷过程中渗入的固溶氮而产生大量微裂纹。

The results indicate that the wetting area of priming glaze will enlarge with increasing temperature and insulation time, and achieve the greatest value at 900 ℃ and insulation time of 1000 seconds. The wetting performance can be improved with the increase of surface roughness of base metal or with the decrease of the content of overglaze in priming glaze. The entry of base metal and the enrichment of indiscrete dosage in the intermediate layer can also be effective to the wetting performance.

采用扫描电镜(SEM)和X射线能谱分析(EDS)等手段,研究了喷瓷管道用玻璃釉料对碳钢基体的润湿行为。研究结果表明,底釉的润湿面积随着温度的升高和恒温时间的延长而增大,在一定的温度和时间下达到最大值。增加基体表面粗糙度和减小面釉在底釉中的含量,可促进润湿性的改善。基体金属进入界面过渡层以及界面过渡层富集密着剂都有利于釉料润湿基体。
