近年文献提出图形视网膜电图(P-ERG)的诱发来自节细胞;弱视儿童的 P-ERG 振幅下降,提示弱视的发病与节细胞的发育有关。本文在光镜和电镜下研究了51例胎儿视网膜神经节细胞的发育,为弱视病因的探讨提供形态学基础。结果表明:胚胎早期节细胞核大、胞浆少,核浆比例为5∶1,细胞器少。随胎龄增长核偏移、缩小,胞浆逐渐增多,细胞器增多。胚胎中期核浆比例为2∶1。胎儿8个月后核浆比例为1∶2,核明显缩小并偏向一极。细胞器极丰富,其结构与成人相同提示成熟。

Sixty-six patients with retinal diseases and seventeen healthy aged persons were tested for serum autoantibodies against normal human retinal protein by western immunoblot analysis. Forty-threc out of 66 patients showed positive responses, with a rate of 65 per cent. The positive rate of antiretinal antibodies in the patients with age-related macular degeneration was significantly higher than that in the healthy aged (P<0.01). The nature of retinal antigens, with which the antibodies reacted, along with effects on the various retinal diseascs was also discussed.

PURPOSE:To select effective durgs against cellular proliferation in the vitreous。METHODS:Cyclosporin A( 0.1 25μg/ml~4.0μg/ml)was added to cultures of human retinal pig-ment epithelial(RPE)cells with or without macrophage-conditioned medium(MCM)and prolifera-tion rates of the cells were measured with[3H]-thymidine incorporation and liquid scintillation tech-niques ori days 3 and 5.RESULTS:Cyclosporin A at a dose of 0.125μg/ml had a slight inhibition on human RPE cells proliferation(-3.8%~4.1%,P>0.05).Cyclosporin A at a dosage ranging from0. 25μg/ml to 4.0μg/ml inhibited cellular proliferation effectively and in a dose-dependent manner(8.7%~95.1%,P<0.05) (t=0. 94,P<0.001)with its ID50 of 1.49μg/ml.In the culture of RPE with MCM,the inhibition was more efective than that of cultures without MCM。There was a slight increase of inhibition on day 5 than that of day 3.CONCLUSION:Cyclosporin A had an effective in-hibition on human RPF cell proliferation and it may be of porential use clinically。

为寻找抑制玻璃体内细胞增生的有效药物,用3H-胸腺嘧啶核苷(3H-TdR)掺入及液体闪烁技术,观察了环孢霉素A(CsA)(0.125μg/ml~4.0μg/ml)对体外培养的加或不加巨噬细胞培养调理液(MCM)的人视网膜色素上皮(RPE)细胞增生的影响。CsA在0.125μg/ml时细胞的抑制率为-3.8%~4.1%(P>0.05);在0.25μg/ml~4.0μg/ml时为8.4%~95.1%(P<0.05),且呈剂量依赖性(r=0.9413)(P<0.001),ID50为1.49μg/ml。加MCM组细胞增殖较对照组明显门(3d,26%;5d,34%;P<0.05),CsA对细胞增殖抑制率较对照组有提高(1.0%~13、9%)。表明CsA对体外培养的人RPE细胞有明显的抑制作用。
