In order to ensure the stability and security during construction and after completion, the determination of construction control parameters such as loading velocity, settling time, loading safety control standard influencing directly the construction period and quality of the project is most improtant. On this account, this paper described the analyses and calculation of the parameters, also verifications were made by measured data.

 北仑电厂泥螺山灰坝地基的工程地质条件极差,为确保灰坝施工期和竣工后的安全稳定,加荷速率、间歇时间、加荷安全控制标准等施工控制参数的确定非常关键,它们直接影响工程的工期和质量。为此,本文就这些参数的分析计算及其观测验证进行了论述。

Aiming at the secondary flying up of fly ash in the yard, practical research of ash yard surface solidification was performed to prevent the ash from flying over, and four basic formulas were selected. The research indicates that this technology has the features of good and quick dust prevention results, low cost,and simple and flexible to construct. It is suitable for thermal power plant ash yard, and has good environmental, economical and social benefits.

针对我国燃煤电厂贮灰场普遍存在的灰尘二次飞扬问题,进行了灰场表面固化防尘实验研究,筛选出4种基本配方。研究表明:该技术具有防尘效果好,治理见效快,成本低廉,施工工艺简单灵活等优点,适宜用在火电厂灰场,具有良好的环境效益、经济效益和社会效益。

The hydrogeological conditions of both initial and secondary circumstances are analysed in the survey area from a power plants ash field to Dongshaozhuang, with regard to the geohazards in the area. It is determined that the groundwater runoff in the water resistant section of the area is the main reason of the geological circumstance's worsening, by contrasting the situations of the groundwater's recharge, runoff and discharge for the decade in the area, as well as the relationship between the groundwater...

本文从某电厂灰场北侧东邵庄村地质灾害现象入手,对灰场—东邵庄村(勘测区)的原生环境水文地质条件和次生环境水文地质条件进行了研究。通过对比该区十多年地下水补、迳、排情况,目前地下水水质与灰场灰水关系,明确了灰场水体阻滞区域地下水迳流是东邵庄村地质环境恶化的主要原因。笔者在总结前人治理灾害经验的基础上,提出了一些进一步的治理设想。
