Consider a system consisting of a transducer (Signal Source), a long con-junction cable and an amplifier, If both the transducer and the amplifier ofthe circuit system have to be connected to ground, the coaxial cable or theshielded twisted-pair line should be applied with both terminals of the shieldlayer connected to the common ends, while the circuit system is connected toground only in one contact point for which extends the common end of thesignal lines of the transducer (or amplifier), just one terminal of the shieldlayer of the conjunction cable is recommend to be connected with the samecommon end of the transducer(or amplifier). In addition, the shielded twisted-pair line is preferred as compared with the coaxial cable in transmitting lowfrequency signal, but it has its limitation in high frequency or high impedancecircuit.

The flow noise transit time estimation problem for two-phase flow measurement is considered. When the signal bandwidth is not wide enough due to the spatial filtering effect of the sensor, the random error, resolution and dynamic response of a cross-correlation flowmeter are not satisfactory. When the signal bandwidth is not wide enough due to the spatial filtering effect of the sensor, the random error, resolution and dynamic response of a cross-correlation flowmeter are not satisfactory. In this paper, the transducer signals are processed using the parameter estimation method. It is shown that this is equivalent to the generalized correlation method realized in the time domain, so that the drawbacks mentioned above can be overcome or improved effectively. With the algorithm simplified and modified, a prototype of corresponding measurement instrument was developed. Experimental results on gaswater two-phase pipe flow are given.

提出用参数估计法处理传感器信号,用流动噪声渡越时间估计法测量两相流流速,这相当于在时域完成白化预滤波再进行广义互相关。当传感器的空间滤波效应使信号频带变窄时,此法可以克服或改善常用的相关估计方法中存在的随机误差较大、分辨率低及动态响应慢等不足。用此法已研制出相应的测量仪表雏型,给出了气水两相流管道的实验结果。
