The essence of the problem is that the periodic tidal stream whose periods are 24 hours and 12 hours is inputted to the azimuth damping loop by the relative log,which causes frequency response and resonance with the natural period of the earth in the loop,making the position error oscillate and diverge and leading to INS overerror a few days later.If using the absolute log or correcting the tidal stream,the problem will be solved effectively.

本文开拓性研究了外全阻尼惯导系统的阻尼理论问题,即当引入的阻尼信号为周期变化时对惯导系统误差影响的规律、特点,并进行了模拟仿真实验,给出了仿真误差曲线,进行了机理分析。问题的根本在于采用相对计程仪,把24小时、12小时周期变化海流引入了方位回路,使回路中产生了频率响应,尤其使之与地球回路的固有周期发生“共振”,使位置误差出现振荡或者发散,几天后超差。如果采用绝对计程仪或海流修正,此问题可有效解决。

统一潮流控制器UPFC(UnifiedPowerFlowController)是现代电力系统中调节电压和潮流的有效手段。提出了一种由径向基函数神经网络RBFNN(RadialBasicFunctionNeuro鄄Network)和TS(Takagi鄄Sugeno)模糊控制策略综合而成的统一潮流控制器控制策略设计方案,即遗传神经模糊综合控制GNF(GeneticNeuralFuzzy),利用TS模糊控制策略实时更新RBFNN参数,同时采用多机系统中的转速信号ITAE指数作为适应度函数,利用遗传算法GA(GeneticAlgorithm)优化TS模糊控制策略系数以及辅助阻尼信号参数,提高了系统的暂态稳定性。经验证,该方案比传统的PI控制策略具有更好的系统振荡阻尼性能,改善了系统的动态品质。
