A rapid method for determination of Cu~(2+) concentration in Ni plating bath have been suggested based on the electrochemical reduction characterisic of the Cu~(2+) on platinum electrode, the experimental results showed that the organic additives and Fe~(3+) in nickel pahing bath are unfluenced on the determination of Cu~(2+) concentration.

根据镀镍液中Cu~(2+)在铂电极上电化学还原特性,提出Cu~(2+)浓度的快速测定方法。实验结果表明,镀镍液中添加剂和Fe~(3+)不干扰Cu~(2+)的浓度测定。本方法能适用于电镀生产的现场监控。

本文根据 BCO 与二价铜离子在弱碱性溶液中的特效显色反应,制定了 BCO 光度法测定碱性镀锌溶液中的铜含量。用72型分光光度计,3cm 比色皿,以水作参比液,在波长600nm 处测定。在测定过程中,用盐酸酸化试液,然后用氨-氯化铵缓冲溶液调整试液的 pH 值至9.25。试验表明,铜含量和吸光度的关系符合比尔定律。镀液中的锌与氨生成锌氨络离子,不影响铜的测定。

A simple chelatometry method for the determination of Cu and Zn in Cu-Zn alloy plating solution is presented. It is based on the initial chelation of Cu ( Ⅱ ) and Zn ( Ⅱ) with EDTA and its subsequent decomposition with phen and thioglycollic acid. Interference of ions normally encountered in determination was also studied.

报道了测定镀铜-锌合金溶液中的铜、锌的一种简易、快速螯合滴定法。方法是用ED-TA螯舍铜(Ⅱ)、锌(Ⅱ)和其它金属离子,然后分别用巯基乙酸(TGA)和邻菲罗啉(phen)解蔽。研究了在测定铜、锌时一般共存离子的干扰。此法已被用于镀铜-锌合金溶液中的铜、锌的测定。
