The authors follow the ronte enlightened by the idea put forward by F. T. Pierce et al. of the geometric structure of fabrics. For the convenience of practical applications, states of the geometric structure have been divided into 11 phases. Discussion has been carried out as follows: 1. The cover factors (ε′_j, ε′_w) of compact fabrics of fundamental weaves, 2. Concept of "phase-forming effect", according to which the upper limits of cover factor (ε_j) of fabrics, such as cotton poplins and khaki twills,... Concept of "phase-forming effect", according to which the upper limits of cover factor (ε_j) of fabrics, such as cotton poplins and khaki twills, has been given, 3. The concept of one dimension compact fabrics has been established and method of estimating structural phase proposed, 4. The proper interrelationship between tex numbers of warps and fillings has been given. The foregoing statements are applicable in laying out specifications of fabrics as well as in achieving a better comprehension of physico-mechanical properties of them. 本文继承F·T·皮尔逊等学者关于机织物几何结构的概念,但是结合应用的实际需要,将织物的几何结构状态划分为11个结构相,并就下列四个方面进一步作出论述:1.原组织的紧密结构织物各结构相的经向、纬向紧度值(ε′_j、ε′_w);2.提出致相效应的概念,并拟议了府绸、卡其类单向紧密结构织物经向紧度(ε_j)的上限值;3.建立了单向紧密结构织物的概念和概算这类织物结构相的方法;4.论述了各类本色棉织物经、纬纱号的适宜配合关系。上列内容,可供设计织物规格以及理解织物的物理、机械性能时运用。 The functional finishing of the textiles with sol-gel technique, a new technique, forms nanometer size metal oxides on the textiles and gives the textiles special functions. TiO2 nanometer sol was prepared by sol-gel method, and used for the white cotton poplins to yield quite good anti-uv results. 利用溶胶-凝胶技术对纺织品进行功能整理是一种新型的技术,通过该技术在织物上形成具有纳米尺寸的金属氧化物,可赋予织物特殊的功能.采用溶胶-凝胶法制得二氧化钛纳米溶胶,并对白色纯棉府绸织物进行整理,取得了较好的抗紫外效果.
