With small batch experiments,the technical conditions for treatment of saponin manufacturing wastewater by yeast were studied.The results show that the COD removal rate of the wastewater can reach 70% under the following conditions:pH:5 0;temperature:3 ℃;treatment time:48 h;inoculation amount:10%.The operation of this technique is simple.It can be used as a pretreatment process in actual projects.Moreover it has certain economic benefits by recovering yeast albumen.

通过小型批量试验 ,对酵母菌处理皂素生产废水的技术条件进行了研究。结果表明 :在pH为 5 .0 ,温度 30℃ ,处理时间 4 8h ,接种量 10 %的条件下 ,废水CODCr去除率可达 70 %。该技术操作简单 ,可作为预处理应用于实际工程中 ,并可回收一定的酵母蛋白 ,具有一定的经济效益

用富集培养和逐级驯化的白腐真菌,对皂素生产废水进行了好氧处理的生化降解试验。结果表明,当皂素生产废水的CODC r在20 000 m g/L左右时,向废水中补充KH2PO410 g/L、M gSO40.05 g/L和酒石酸铵2.0 g/L,在起始pH 5.0、温度28℃左右、接种量150 mL/L、处理时间4 d、摇床转速120 r/m in的条件下,白腐真菌对皂素生产废水的CODC r去除率为80%以上,对色度的去除率为10%,从每升处理后的废液中可回收干菌体28.2 g;该研究结果既可用于皂素生产废水的一级处理,也可用于二级处理。

Saponin manufacturing wastewater is of high acidic organic and with plenty of carbohydrates produced in the process of amylum hydrolysis.The comprehensive utilization and treatment of the saponin wastewater is introduced systematically in the paper,some problems in the treatment as well as the perspective are pointed out.

皂素生产废水是一种酸性高浓度有机废水,富含淀粉水解产生的大量糖类。对皂素废水的综合利用及治理研究进行了系统的介绍,指出其存在的问题和今后的发展趋势。
