Most of the chemical and enzymatic functions carried out by living systems proceed on insoluble scaffolds using solid-phase catalysis.
      


Liquid-Solid phase catalysis is used in the pretreatment of FCC feedstock. The basic nitrogen,total nitrogen,carbon residue and gum are decreased obviously. The feedstock of pretreatment reacted in the miniactor of catalytic cracking fluid bed, compared with the untreated feedstock, the gasline yield increases 1% to 2%, the coke yield decreases 0.5% to 0.8%, unreacted heavy oil decreases 1% to 2%, under the same operation conditions. This process will be used on FCC by conbined technology.

用液固相催化法对催化裂化原料进行预处理,原料中的碱氮、总氮、残炭、胶质等都大大地下降。预处理后原料在小型流化床催化裂化装置上进行反应,在相同的操作条件下,处理后原料与未处理原料相比,催化裂化汽油收率提高1%~2%,焦炭产率下降0.5%~0.8%,未反应重油下降1%~2%。经适当的工艺组合可以使该过程应用到催化裂化工艺中。

The fire risk and hazard in the process of oxidizing reactions by gas-solid phase catalysis has been analysed on the basis of the propertise of fire and explosion of reaction materials, the feature of exothermic reactions, the consequence of by-reactions and potential ignition sources. The measure and technology for prevention of the fire and explosion has been presented in this article.

气固相催化氧化反应是生产有机中间体和聚合物单体的重要单元过程。本文从原料气火灾爆炸性质、反应放热特点、副反应后果和潜在的着火源方面,对此生产工艺进行了火灾危险性分析,并提出了针对性的防火防爆措施和技术。
