The paper deals with the characteristics of stibnite, such as occurrence, form, physical prop-erties, chemical composition and sulfur isotopic constitution. The stibnite was developed in medium-low temperature hydrothermal environments. The relationship between the unite cell parameter a0 of stibnite and the temperature shows a negative correlation. It is Se, Te-rich stibnite. Se and Te are utilizable. The Sb ore belt is Se, Te mineralizing prospect area proba-bly in Southern Anhui Province.
