本文用中国不同地区的三种含铀煤矿样,在400—1100℃范围内进行燃烧试验。测定了煤灰的松装密度和煤灰中铀浸出率。结果表明,煤样在不同温度下燃烧后,煤灰发生了烧结,烧结时发生了煤灰对铀的包裹作用。燃烧温度越高,煤灰烧结越剧烈,对铀的包裹几率也越大,铀的浸出率降低也越厉害。烧结过程符合烧结作用理论的关系式,并得到了三种含铀煤样的烧结-包裹关系式。

This paper studied the relationship between the sinter and microstructure of ceramic mould, and its sintering mechanism under the foundry conditions by the microscopic method, and the factors which effect of different raw material aggregates, dispensation, binder, temperature and additives on the sintering degree in ceramic mould are analysed. A new procedure suited for the foundry condition have been proposed.

In this paper,the sintering layers of the coating compounded by different refractories were observed with SEM, and the relation between the state of the coating layers and the surface quality of the casting steel pipes have been studied. It is put forward that the thermal conductivity, the sintering degree of coating can effect the surface quality of the casting pipes directly.Reducing the thermal conductivity and the sintering degree of coating can avoid the pinholes.

对各种不同耐火填料组成的耐火涂层进行电镜扫描分析,研究了涂层烧结状况与铸管表面质量的关系,特别是对铸管表面气孔形成的机理进行了深入分析.结果表明耐火涂层的导热性、烧结温度、烧结速度和金属液的冷凝速度将直接影响气孔缺陷的产生.降低涂层的热传导性能、控制涂层的烧结程度可有效地避免铸管产生气孔缺陷.
