Laminar piezoelectric-magnetostrictive composites using piezoelectric lead zirconate titanate ceramics and the giant magnetostrictive rare-earth-iron alloy Terfenol-D were prepared by epoxy bonding.
      


Adopting handing technology at hat press - molding condition, the giant magnetostrictive composites have been manufactured. Molding parameter having effect on bending strength is introduced. The result shows that the compressive strength is as high as 110 MPa. The outcome above lays basis for selection of manufacturing parameter.

采用粘接技术,在热压成型条件下,制备稀土超磁致伸缩复合材料。研究了成型工艺参数对材料粘接强度(抗压强度)的影响。结果表明,在一定的工艺条件下,其抗压强度值可达到 110 MPa,其研究结果为超磁致伸缩复合材料制备工艺参数的选择提供了依据。

Magnetostrictive composites have been prepared using bonding techniques. And preparation conditions are investigated such as powder proportion, powder size, magnetic field forming, treatment of powder surface.

采用粘结技术制备出了性能良好的稀土超磁致伸缩复合材料,研究了合金含量、粉末粒度、磁场取向、粉末表面处理及样品密度对磁致伸缩性能的影响规律。结果表明:当粉末颗粒为200μm~450μm、含量为90%时,经表面处理且磁场取向的超磁致伸缩复合材料具有最佳的磁致伸缩性能,其饱和磁致伸缩量λs达798×10-6,抗压强度达98.69MPa。同时采用真空镀金技术对样品的体积电阻率进行了粗略的测量,其电阻率>5000×10-6Ω·m,比合金棒的电阻率至少高4个数量级。

It is found that the powder size and the powder surface treatment have obvious effects on the static elastic modulus and compressive strength, and few effect for the powder composition and the magnetic field orientation, but the powder composition has effects on the static elastic modulus.

采用粘结技术制备出了性能良好的磁致伸缩复合材料,着重研究了合金含量、粉末粒度、磁场取向、粉末表面处理对样品的静态弹性模量及抗压强度的影响规律。结果表明,粉末粒度、粉末表面处理对复合材料的抗压强度及静态弹性模量均有较大的影响;合金含量、磁场取向对复合材料的静态弹性模量影响不大,其中合金含量对复合材料的抗压强度有较大的影响。
