There were not markedvarieties between three treated grouch. The combined use of Astregalus root and HuoXueFang had not synergistic achon. It suggested that the mechanism that YiQiHuoXueFang opposed cerebral ischemic-postischemic reperfusion injuryhad relation to inhibiting brain tissues lipid preoxide reaction and increasing anti-oxidease activities.

用四血管夹闭模型法建立家兔脑缺血再灌注损伤模型,在脑缺血30分钟和再灌注45分钟后,血浆和脑组织MDA含量明显升高,脑组织GSH-PX活性降低和Ca含量升高。在造模前分别静注黄芪3.3g/kg、活血方2.5g/kg和由黄芪与活血方组成的益气活血方4.4g/kg后,均可显著抑制再灌注损伤后脑组织MDA含量的升高,提高脑组织GSH-Px活性,但对血浆MDA及脑组织Ca含量均无明显影响,黄芪和活血方合用并无协同作用。提示益气活血方抗脑缺血再灌注损伤的机理与抑制脑组织局部脂质过氧化反应,提高抗氧化酶活性有关,其作用是由其中的黄芪和活血方综合发挥的。

用四血管夹闭模型法建立家兔脑缺血再灌注损伤模型,在缺血前静脉注射补阳还五汤(3.9g/kg)可抑制脑缺血再灌注损伤后脑组织血栓素B2(TXB2)的升高、脑组织6-酮-PGF1α的降低,降低再灌注后脑组织的钙含量,但对脑组织cAMP含量的增加无明显影响,提示补阳还五汤抗脑缺血再灌注损伤的作用机理与调节脑内TXA2/PGI2平衡、抑制脑细胞Ca2+超负荷等有关
