DM could induce hypertension during sleep and SA was a facilitating factor in the change of blood pressure. CONCLUSION DM may cause sleep related breath disorders (SRBD) and is thought to be induced by naso pharyngeal muscular relaxation as a result of microangiopathy and neuro pathy of these muscles. A nocturnal hypertension occurs in DM and is suggested to be caused by the sympathetic hypertonia induced by autonomic dysfunction resulted from sleep apnea.

目的 探讨糖尿病与睡眠呼吸暂停及血压的相互关系及临床意义 .方法 对 2 0例 型糖尿病 (NIDDM)患者和15例阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停综合征 (OSAS)患者及 18例正常人的多导睡眠图 (PSG)结果进行对比研究 .结果 糖尿病患者有 48%合并睡眠呼吸暂停 (SA) ,且心脑血管并发症明显增多 .糖尿病易引起睡眠期血压升高 ,睡眠呼吸暂停则是血压改变的促进因素 .糖尿病在夜间的血压增高与血压调节功能失调及夜间缺氧所致血压的改变有关 .结论 糖尿病与睡眠暂停及血压相互影响 ,此点对糖尿病防治有重要意义
