The whole charge process includes the following five parts: precharge, fast charge, supply charge, thin charge and pause charge. The switching of five parts is the self- motion by the singlechip controlled. And, the temperature compensation control is setted up, which can avoid phenomena of over charge and undercharge.

随着电动自行车的日益普及,充电器的性能更有待完善和发展。本文研究的充电器为36V铅酸蓄电池专用智能脉冲充电器,由高频开关充电电源和单片机两部分组成,整个充电过程中的预充电、快充电、补充充电、涓流充电和停充等五个状态是由单片机控制而自动实现转换,并且设置了温度补偿控制,不仅完善了充电器的性能,而且避免电池出现过充和充电不足现象。
