The synthesis of a few Aromatic butynols with different substituting groups and reaction of Phenyl butynols under the different catalysis is described in this paper. Six Aromatic butynols have been prepared by Grignard Reaction. Among of them there are three new compounds which haven't been reported. Phenyl propenyl ketones and Toly vinyl ketones have been produced under the effect of H_3PO_4-HCOOH, but with HgSO_4-H_2SO_4 only Phenyl propenyl ketone was produced. If the concentration of HgSO_4-H_2SO_4 is dilute the butynoic alcohol will directly hydrate into ketonic alcohol. Cyclization will through intramolecular Friedel-Crafts Reaction. Spectrum data of butynoic alcohol, -unsaturated ketones and cyclic compounds are compatible with the structures ascribed to them. Elucidation of these structures, especially the unequivocal location of the carbonyl group, can provide useful infor-mation of annelation of complex cyclic compounds.

The high low cycle complex fatigue behaviours of Ti alloy TC11 were researched systematically at room and elevated temperatures.At the same time,the effects of complex stress ratio m ,test temperature and prestress overload for SEN specimen on complex fatigue life N fL were taken into consideration.The work comes to the conclusion that:The complex fatigue life decreases obviously with m increased,especially when m =35%,the N fl decreases more than 10 times,and there occurs a knee on the m —log N fL curve near m =10%.The complex fatigue of the alloy TC11 is very sensitive to test temperature under the same m ratio and LCF stress,as test temperature rises from room temperature to 150℃,the complex fatigue life N fL drops by 66% under m =10% and σ max =945MPa.If the temperature comes up continuously to 300℃,its fatigue life approaches to zero.In addition,a model of the accumulative damage for complex cyclic fatigue is formulated as follows: 1/N fL =1/N L+n/N h .

本文系统地研究了 TC- 11钛合金在室温和高温下高、低周复合疲劳行为 ,其中包括高低周循环应力比 m、试验温度、缺口试样的预应力超载对复合疲劳寿命 Nf L的影响。结果表明 :复合疲劳寿命随 m值的增加而明显降低 ,尤其是 m=35时 ,其 Nf L降低十多倍 ,并在 m- lg Nf L曲线上 ,当 m=10时出现一个拐点。在相同的 m值和低周应力为 90 0 MPa时 ,当温度从室温升高到 150℃时 ,其 Nf L 下降约 1/ 3,当温度继续升高到 30 0℃时 ,其 Nf L 接近零。此外 ,还提出了复合疲劳的损伤累积模型 ,1/ Nf L =1/ N L +n/ Nh。

In this paper, low-cycle fatigue life of various cas irons has been measured. The effect of the graphitic morphology and matrix struc-tures on lower-cycle fatigue life of cast irons has been discussed. In this paper, low-cycle fatigue life of various cas irons has been measured. The effect of the graphitic morphology and matrix struc-tures on lower-cycle fatigue life of cast irons has been discussed. The result showed that:1) For various cast irons, the relationship between total strain amplitude and fatigue life can be described by the equation presented by Manson-Coffin. Under the condition of same total strain amplitude, the life of ductile iron was higher than vermicular graphite cast iron, and vermicular graphite cast iron was higher than gray iron.2) In the fatigue process, gray iron presented the characteristics of cyclic softening, and ductile iron showed the speciality of complex cyclic soften-inghardening. The phenomena of cyclic softening and hardening were related to the formation and propagation of microcracks. A model of the formation and propagation of microcracks has been proposed in this paper.3) Under the condition of low strain amplitude, the effect of elastic str ain amplitude was higher than plastic strain amplitude; the result was contrast at high strain amplitude.

本文对各种铸铁的低周疲劳寿命进行了测试,探讨了石墨形态、基体组织对铸铁低周疲劳寿命的影响。结果表明;1)各种铸铁的总应变幅Δε_t与疲劳寿命N_f的关系可用Manson-Coffin提出的Δε_t/2=σ_f′/E(2N_f)~b+ε_f′(2N_f)~c表示;在相同的总应变幅下,球铁的低周疲劳寿命高于蠕铁,而蠕铁高于灰铁;2)在疲劳过程中,灰铁表现为循环软化特征,而球铁表现为复杂的循环软化、硬化现象,疲劳过程中的循环软化、硬化现象与铸铁中微裂纹形成及扩展机制有关。本文提出了球铁在疲劳过程中微裂纹形成及扩展的模型;3)在低应变幅下,弹性应变幅对疲劳寿命的贡献比塑性应变幅大,而在高应变幅下,塑性应变幅对疲劳寿命的贡献大。
