This paper discusses the differential error harmonic analysis method and the method for obtaining the actual error curves of testers. By the aid of electronic computers the analysis is much rapid and accurate. Through practical measuring analysis we get the conclusion that these methods are able to appraise the accuracy of gear-testers and gear-train measuring equipments accurately and the sources of errors can also he found. This gives the practical significance for its wide applications.

齿轮单啮仪及齿轮传动链检查仪一直采用的转位精度鉴定法有着连续测量及易于采用等优点。然而其通常的数据处理方法是不够满意的,因此它的应用及发展受到限制。本文讨论了差值误差谐波分析法及获得仪器误差曲线的方法。利用电子计算机作为分析工具,致使分析得以准确而迅速地进行。经实测分析,我们认为这些方法能准确地评定仪器的精度並能找出误差源。这对于该法的广泛应用具有实际意义。

We measured the rattle noise of AEOLUS EQ2D140 diesel truck gearbox at idling, revealed the noise is caused by collision between the teeth of constant mesh gears, and suggested a structural approach for reducing the collision and the noise 3 dB(A). In this paper, a math model to simulate the teeth collision of gearbox at idling is set up and corresponding computation is made. Finally, a method that may predict the noise level with the teeth collision force mean square value is presented.

本文在消声室内测试了东风牌EQ2D140柴油车变速器的怠速噪声,判明了该噪声是由变速器常啮齿轮的齿间敲击产生,提出了缓和此轮齿间敲击从而降低了变速器怠速噪声3dB(A)的结构措施。本文还建立了变速器在怠速下齿轮敲击的数学模型,进行了分析计算,提出了利用常啮齿轮敲击力均方值预测变速器怠速噪声声压级的方法,经与实验对比,一致性甚好。

This paper presents the test results of rattle noise from gear box of "Dongfeng"deisel truck EQ2D140 at idling in anechoic camber. The source of noise is judged asa result of the teeth collision between the constant mesh gears in cear box. A struc-tural measure for mitigating teeth collision and then to reduce the noise of gear boxin 3dB ( A ) is provided as well. Finally, a mathematical model of gear collision atidling is set up for calculation and analysis, and a method for predicting...
