应用聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳方法分析研究了松纵坑切梢小蠹 (Tomicuspiniperda)各虫期及不同性别酯酶同工酶 (Est)的酶谱 ,从多次实验中求出松小蠹酯酶同工酶的相对迁移率 ,并用昆虫酯酶同工酶来分析昆虫的行为活动 ,此项研究尚属首次。研究结果表明 ,松小蠹酯酶同工酶具有 5~ 7条谱带 ,Est4和Est5是松小蠹酯酶同工酶的特征谱带 ;在不同的发育时期 ,Est1~Est3和Est6~Est7的酶带数和酶活性强弱有所不同 ,成虫聚集时 ,有较明显的Est3、Est6和Est7谱带 ;通过聚集化合物对梢上 (非聚集时期 )成虫的刺激试验 ,证实聚集化合物能够诱导松小蠹体内的酯酶同工酶发生变化。说明松小蠹Est同工酶的差异与其聚集行为活动有较密切的关系 ,松小蠹聚集行为是受体内酶作用的结果。获得松小蠹Est对聚集化合物刺激作用较敏感的结论。
