The result showed that the metabolism of Tyr in mussel appeared a quick decline in the initial stage and a slowly one in the later. Distribution of Tyr was varied of 14 tissues. Tyr in intestine kept a high level comparing to the other tissues, and form several clear peaks. So the intestines was the most important organ of mussel in absorbing and metabolism Tyr. Tyr in gill, stomach border membrane, central membrane was lower than that of intestines, and they also had several clear distribution coefficient peaks. Tyr in blood, foot, liver heart was continuously in a poor level with no clear distribution coefficient peak which indicated that these tissues had a weak function in Tyr metabolism in mussel.

作者通过在圆背角无齿蚌斧足注射放射性核素 12 5I标记的酪氨酸后 ,在 30min及 1,2 ,4 ,6 ,9,12 ,2 4 ,4 8,72h和 6 ,8,10 ,15 ,2 0d等不同时间点 ,研究了酪氨酸在圆背角无齿蚌血液 ,色线边、边缘膜、中央膜、唇瓣、斧足、肝脏、生殖腺、粘液、闭壳肌、心脏、胃、鳃、肠等 14种组织器官中的分布和代谢情况 .结果显示 :14种组织中酪氨酸的含量呈先快后慢的下降趋势 ;酪氨酸在肠和色线边中分布最多 ,与相同时间点的其它的组织相比 ,分布系数始终处于较高的水平 ,而且有多个明显的代谢峰值 ,表明它们是蚌进行酪氨酸吸收、贮存和代谢的重要器官 ;在边缘膜、中央膜、粘液、闭壳肌、胃和鳃中 ,酪氨酸含量均较色线边及肠低 ,但有较明显的分布系数峰 ,表明这些组织具有一定的酪氨酸代谢活性 ,但无明显的吸收和贮存酪氨酸的作用 ;血液、心脏、唇瓣、斧足、肝脏和生殖腺中的酪氨酸分布始终较低 ,也无明显的分布系数峰 ,表明它们对蚌酪氨酸代谢无显著的影响 .
