The authors synthesized a new boron modified phenolic resin (named Presin) whose decomposition is started from 461℃, with the residue being 63% at700℃. Blending the P-resin with NBR as a matrix and using glass fiber as a reinforcement, a series of high friction factor material was made. The formulation, technological process and composite mechanism of the friction materials were also studied systematically. The formulation, technological process and composite mechanism of the friction materials were also studied systematically. The results show that NBR at the level of 4~7% in 33% matrix gives a good toughness effect and comprehensive properties. Thus, a 21% glass fiber non-asbestos friction material of clutch lining was prepared, its properties all meet the GB national standards and will be developed industrially.

本文选用热分解温度为461℃,700℃时残留物为63%的硼改性酚醛(P树脂)与丁腈橡胶共混后作为基体,以玻璃纤维作增强剂。对该体系制成的摩阻材料进行了配方、制备工艺及复合机理等较系统的研究。结果表明,在33%基体含量中,丁腈橡胶占4~7%时具有良好的增韧性及其它综合性能。含21%玻璃纤维的无石棉摩阻材料离合器片,其性能已符合国家标准,可以进行扩大生产。

Zeolite Ag-2 was modified by boron substitution of aluminium atoms on framwork of zeolite. This method increased the St/AI ratio and decreased the number of next nearest neighbor aluminum in zeolite Ag- 2. The study on NH3-TPD and p-xylene isomerization reaction showed that the boron modified zeolite increased in acidity and had high crystallinity.

The condensation copolymerization of boric acid triphenyl ester with phenol and formaldehyde was studied by means of the calculation of hydromethyl content,intrinsic viscosity and formaldehyde conversion.The results showed when KOH was used as catalyst,the condensation copolymerization took place,resulting in boron modified phenolic resin containing hydromethyl groups.The formaldehyde conversion,hydromethyl content and intrinsic viscosity of the resin were affected by reaction temperature,mixing ratio of reactants,catalyst content and reaction time:when the reaction temperature and time were 90℃ and 4h respectively,pH=9.6,the mixing ratio of boric acid triphenyl ester,formaldehyde and catalyst was 0.25:5.1:1,the hydromethyl content in the prepared resin was 24.1%,having a high molecular weight.

利用羟甲基含量、固有粘度的测定和甲醛转化率的计算 ,研究了硼酸三苯酯、苯酚与甲醛的缩合共聚反应。结果表明 :在KOH的催化作用下 ,硼酸苯酯、苯酚和甲醛水溶液能进行缩合共聚反应 ,生成含有羟甲基的硼改性酚醛树脂 ;甲醛的转化率、树脂中的羟甲基含量及树脂的固有粘度受反应温度、反应物配比、催化剂用量及反应时间的影响。在反应温度 90℃ ,体系的 pH =9.60 ,硼酸三苯酯与甲醛、苯酚的摩尔比为 0 .2 5∶5 .1∶1的条件下 ,反应 4h ,硼酚醛树脂中的羟甲基含量可以达到 2 4.1% ,并且有较高的分子量。
