Blending the P-resin with NBR as a matrix and using glass fiber as a reinforcement, a series of high friction factor material was made. The results show that NBR at the level of 4~7% in 33% matrix gives a good toughness effect and comprehensive properties. Thus, a 21% glass fiber non-asbestos friction material of clutch lining was prepared, its properties all meet the GB national standards and will be developed industrially.

本文选用热分解温度为461℃,700℃时残留物为63%的硼改性酚醛(P树脂)与丁腈橡胶共混后作为基体,以玻璃纤维作增强剂。对该体系制成的摩阻材料进行了配方、制备工艺及复合机理等较系统的研究。结果表明,在33%基体含量中,丁腈橡胶占4~7%时具有良好的增韧性及其它综合性能。含21%玻璃纤维的无石棉摩阻材料离合器片,其性能已符合国家标准,可以进行扩大生产。

The alkylation reaction of toluene with propylene on boron-modified montmorillonites was carried out in a fixed-bed flow micro-reactor at atmospheric pressure. The effect of operating conditions on alkylation was investigated. The influences of boron-modification on the structure and surface acidity of montmorillonite were also examined by XRD, BET adsorption and TPD. The results indicate that the selectivity for ortho-and para-position alkylation is very high with very little by products. Boron-modification reduces the d-spacing of montmorillonite, decreases the specific surface area, weakens the strong acid and enhances the weak acid slightly. The acid amount of type (Ⅰ) acid sites increases with B_2O_3 content, and parallels to the alkylation activity. When the reaction was carried out on 15m% B_2O_3/montmorillonite at 100℃, the toluene conversion was the highest.

本文采用常压固定床积分反应器进行了甲苯和丙烯在硼改性蒙脱土催化剂上的烷基化.考察了工艺条件对反应的影响,并采用X射线粉末衍射、BET比表面测定、氨吸附程序升温脱附等测试方法探讨了硼改性对蒙脱土结构和表面酸性的影响。结果表明,甲苯丙烯烷基化的邻对位选择性很高,副产物极少。硼的改性使蒙脱土层状结构的层间距缩小,比表面下降;强酸减弱,弱酸略增强。Ⅰ类酸位的酸量随B_2O_3含量的增加而增加,并与烷基化活性成平行关系,该反应在100℃和15m%B_2O_3/蒙脱土催化剂上的活性最大。

The effect on alkylation of WHSV and N_2/ (toluene + ethanol)(tool)with HZSM5 zeolite catalyst at temperature 340℃ and unit toluene/ethanol tool ratio was investigated. A new optimization method of selecting reaction condition was presented. The alkylation of toluene with ethanol on B, La, P, B-La modified ZSM-5 zeolite catalysts gave good results. The conversion of toluene and the selectivity of p-ethyltolnene on boron modified ZSM-5 zeolite catalyst were 22.90% and 98.00% respectively.

采用HZSM-5沸石催化剂,在反应温度为340℃、甲苯/乙醇摩尔比为1的条件下,考察了空速、N_2/(甲苯+乙醇)摩尔比对烷基化反应的影响。提出了一种筛选反应条件的优化方法。通过用B、La、P、B-La单双离子改性的ZSM-5沸石催化剂进行甲苯/乙醇烷基化反应,都得到了较理想的反应结果。其中用单一硼离子改性的ZSM-5沸石催化剂,甲苯转化率可达22.90%,对甲乙苯选择性为98%。
