In this paper, the results of ion implantation of polypropylene thin film resulted in change of crystallization and trap charge are presented. After Si+ ion implantation of polypropylene thin film under condition with energy of 55 Key and dose of 3×l015/cm2, the infrared analysis of implanted sample indicated that crystallization of the material decreased about 33.2% and degree of steroregularity droped about23%. From the measurement of twice mirror reflection infrared analysis, a new spectra appeared...

The results of TSC measurement showed that the trap charge of implanted polypropylene droped largely. With decrease of trap charge, dielectric loss of the material decreased largely too.

本文介绍S_i~+离子注入等规聚丙烯引起其结晶度以及陷阱电荷变化的一些研究结果。利用能量为55kev,剂量为3×10~(15)/cm~2的S_i~+离子注入等规聚丙烯后,红外分析结果表明材料的红外结晶度下降了33.2%,其立构规整度也下降了23%。利用红外二次镑面反射分析发现,在460cm~(-1)处出现了一条新的谱带。通过TSC测试发现经过离子注入后的材料,其陷阱电荷大幅度地下降,由于陷阱电荷的下降,材料的介电损耗也大幅度地下降。

The basic principles of such techniques as contact angle measurement, X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy and attenuated total reflection infrared spectroscopy were described, together with their applications in characterizing the surface nature of multi-phase polymer materias, including polymer blends, block copolymers and graft copolymers.

After being treated by PSII the surface resistiviW (ps) of PI film decreased about six orders. By analysis of attenuated total reflection infrared (ATR-IR) spectrum and x-ray photoelectronic spectrum (XPS), we concluded that the C=0. C—H. C—N、C=C bond of surface molecular chain of PI film is broken partially by PSII. Then there is a reached carbon layer and the amorphous carbon existing in the surface of PI film, which is the primary factor of the improvement of the electric properties of PI film.

研究了等离子体源离子注入对聚酰亚胺薄膜电性能的改变。处理后该薄膜面电阻率下降6个数量级。由X光电子能谱及全反射衰减红外谱分析,注入时聚酰亚胺表面分子链上的C=0、C—H、C—N、C=C等化学键被离子部分地打断而形成富碳层,并有无定形碳存在,是面电阻率下降的主要原因。
