he boundary integral equations of several boundary conditions are studied by means of Helmholtz equation and Green Theorem.The equations are separated with boundary element numerical analysis technology to obtain the mathematical model by which the vehicle interior acoustic radiation pressure of an enclosed known boundary property can be calculated.As a check,two examples are studied and good agreement exists between the calculated and the measured results.

本文首先利用Helmholtz方程和Green定理推导出适合多种边界条件的车内声场边界积分方程,然后利用边界元数值分析技术离散方程,得到已知某一封闭空间边界的振动特性求解其内部声压的边界元数学模型。作为验证,本文还对两个实例进行了试验,结果表明边界元计算值与理论值和试验实测值吻合良好。

The vehicle interior acoustic character of cavity by means of the finite elements method was studied in this paper. In additional, the measurement of interior acoustic character using test modal analysis was carried out. Comparing with the results calculated from experiment, it can be said that finite elements method is a useful tool for vehicle interior acoustis character of cavity analysis.

小型汽车的乘坐室是一个复杂的声学系统,因而求解其声学特性的数值解是较为困难的。本文采用有限元分析方法,在刚性壁的假设条件下,对TG6476型汽车乘坐室内的声学特性进行了二维平面分析。同时,在实验室条件下,利用FFT技术,对实际车辆进行了声学模态测试。经比较,计算与试验结果比较吻合。

The structure and the acoustic medium of a passenger vehicle are modeled using the finite element method(FEM), and the interior noise is studied the help of the modal synthesis method (MSM). Sound pressure level (Lp) of the noise is calculated in several conditions of the models, and has good agreements with its test results. The MSM am be consequently used for predicting the vehicle interior noise in dssign stage so that the structure may be optimized for the Purpose of the most reduction of noise.

首先建立了壳体结构和声场的有限元模型,用声场-结构耦合的模态综合法分析了车内噪声的分布,并计算了车辆在几种工况下的声压级,与模型实验结果趋势一致.因此,声场-结构耦合的模态综合法可以较有效地预估车内的噪声,可以在设计阶段优化车辆壳体结构,从而使车内噪声尽可能降到最低限度.
