Here we briefly describe the determinationof safety coefficient (E) and the hot center coefficient (K_1、K_2、K_3、K_4). Basing on the diagrammetic, we have developed a special slide rulefor determing the riser size. Thus the determination of the riser size haswould become more simple and convenient.

本文从“冒口凝固时间大于或等于铸件凝固时间”的原则着手,探讨了用模数法计算暗冒口尺寸的新方法,由本方法计算的冒口不需要再进行冒口利用率的校核就能得到满意的结果;探讨了保温冒口与砂型铸件的凝固系数的测试和计算,模数法的简化公式及其使用范围;图介法的作图方法并简述安全系数E和节园系数K_1、K_2、K_3、K_4的确定方法;本文还根据图介法设计了冒口计算尺,使冒口尺寸选择更简便。

Liquid forging processing to thin wall waveguide angle head has been experimentally studied. The results show that the dimensional tolerance of waveguide angle head by liquid forging processing are 0.02- 0.04mm, it meets the requirements of standardization, building block system, built-up type and stability to waveguide parts. This new technology can increase high percentage of stock utilization and productivity efficiency, and lower cost.

本文对簿壁波导弯头件的液态模锻成形进行了研究。研究结果表明:液态模锻波导弯头件的尺寸精度在0.02mm~0.04mm之内,满足波导器件的标准化、积木化、组合化和稳定化的要求。采用该项新技术,可以提高材料的利用率和生产效率,降低成本。

To fulfill the project of "The Stock Utilization Survey of Mackerel and Scad in Zhejiang Fishing Area" during 1991 1993, the paper synthesized the hydrologic characteristics, the apecies composition and the quantitative distribution of zooplankton in fishing areas in summer and autumn,the distribution and biological characteristics of different mackerel and scad colonies, the yearly variation of the emergence size of juvenile fishes and the current fishing state of mackerel and scad caught by purse seine and trawi, discussed the effects on fishing area forming of environment, elucidated the relationship among the central fishing area forming of mackerel and scad,hydrologic environment and zooplankton's biomass, analysised the stock situation and exploiting potentiality of mackerel and scad, and made some proposals for expioitation andutilization .

本文根据1991—1993年《浙江渔场鲐鲹鱼资源利用研究》课题要求,综合分析了夏秋季渔场的水文特征,浮游动物的种类组成及数量分布,鲐鲹鱼不同群体的分布及生物学特征,幼鱼发生量的历年变化,围、拖网捕捞鲐鲹鱼的现状。讨论了海况环境对鲐鲹鱼渔场形成的制约作用,阐明鲐鲹鱼中心渔场的形成与水文环境和浮游动物量的关系,分析了鲐鲹鱼的资源状况及利用潜力,提出进一步开发利用的建议。
