Objective To study the activities of Calcineurin(CaN) of in different hypertensive rat with different age. Methods The CaN activities in artery smooth muscle cells of aorta artery(A),caudal artery(CA),and mesenteric artery(MA) were measured by enzymatic method. The changes of CaN in spontaneus hypertensive rats(SHR) and saline hypertensive rats(SaHR) from the age of 12 week (12w)and 16 week(16 w) were assessed. Objective To study the activities of Calcineurin(CaN) of in different hypertensive rat with different age. Methods The CaN activities in artery smooth muscle cells of aorta artery(A),caudal artery(CA),and mesenteric artery(MA) were measured by enzymatic method. The changes of CaN in spontaneus hypertensive rats(SHR) and saline hypertensive rats(SaHR) from the age of 12 week (12w)and 16 week(16 w) were assessed. Results The CaN activity of MA in SHR was significantly decreased,lower than that in A and CA. No significant difference of CaN was found between 12 w and 16 w. In saline hypertensive rat,no change of CaN activity was found in different vessel smooth muscle cells compared with control. CA was lower than that in A and MA in all of them and was higher in 16 w rats than that in 12 w rats. Conclusion The results showed that spontaneous hypertension but not saline hypertension might attribute to the lower activity of CaN in resistant vessel.

目的 研究不同年龄、不同类型高血压大鼠不同血管平滑肌CaN活性变化。方法 应用酶活性测定方法 ,对 12周、16周自发性高血压大鼠、盐性高血压大鼠的胸主动脉、尾动脉、肠系膜动脉血管平滑肌钙调神经磷酸酶 (Calcineurin ,CaN)活性进行比较。结果  (1)自发性高血压大鼠 (SHR)其肠系膜动脉血管CaN活性下降 ,但 12周与 16周组无显著差异。 (2 )盐性高血压大鼠其不同血管CaN活性与其对照组相应血管酶活性相比无显著差异 ,而各组中其尾动脉活性均明显低于胸主动脉和肠系膜动脉的活性 ,肠系膜动脉活性却无明显降低。16周SD和 16周盐性高血压大鼠胸主动脉的活性均高于其 12周组。结论 阻力血管CaN活性的下降可能是自发性高血压的发病原因 ,但不是盐性高血压的直接原因。
