本文介绍了水泥外加剂——空心漂珠的特性及其在油田固井中的应用。粉煤灰空心漂珠是由热电厂粉煤灰的漂浮物筛选出来的轻质惰性材料。加入占干水泥重量10%~50%的粉煤灰空心漂珠,再加入适量的水。可把水泥浆密度降至1.18~1.60g/cm~2;再加入防破碎剂、分散剂和缓凝剂等可调节水泥浆流变性能,从而满足油田固井施工要求。

利用工业废料高炉矿渣为水化材料,粉煤灰和空心漂珠为减轻材料,配制130~160g/cm3密度范围的低密度系列水泥浆。以性能优良的碱性活化剂BES—1,活化高炉矿渣、粉煤灰和漂珠的潜在活性,使其形成满足固井质量要求的胶凝体。该系列具有“水泥”石抗压强度高,密度低,体系稳定,初终凝时间短,成本低廉等特点,开发了固井的新材料。
