An Encephalofluctuograph Technology (ET), which was developed on the basis of Synergetic principles, was applied in this study to abstract more information from EEG and to understand the brain function in a new aspect. The changes of ET parameters of the rabbit brain during +2 Gz stress was experimentally investigated. The results showed a significant intensification of a series of brain system. The brain as a whole was transitting into a new functional level and a new equilibrium was achieved on a highly activated background. It was considered that mainly the neurochemical,as well as other modulating systems in the brain were mobilized during the investigated +2 Gz stress, in which neurotransmitter activation, blood-vessel regulating mechanism, emotional and hypothalamic recation may be involved. The selective increase of S2 and S3 reflects the increased activity of excitatory components of neuroglia and neuro-mediaters as noradrenaline, which relate to intensified metabolism and general activation of the brain. Thus the obtained data previded some completely new informatiom in the study of the brain functions during hypergravity stress.

为了从脑生物电中提取更多信息,以深入了解和认识超重条件下的脑功能。本研究用根据协同学原理而建立的脑波涨落图技术(ET-Encephalofluctuograph Technology),观察分析了2G头-盆向超重作用下的脑生物电ET指标变化。结果发现,在实验条件下兔脑一系列ET指标增强,脑功能进入新的活动水平,并建立了高活动背景上的平衡。认为在一定水平的超重作用下,脑内神经化学等活动趋向活跃,涉及神经介质、血管调节、情绪反应、下丘脑功能等多个方面。同时S2、S3选择性地增强,反映神经胶质细胞兴奋成分和正肾上腺素等介质进入积极活动,这与大脑代谢和兴奋水平的提高有关。所得结果为超重条件下的脑功能研究提供了新的资料。

In the paper, we analyze the simulated annealing method and put forward four kinds ofmodification measures for the simulated annealing method in the wavelet parameter inversion, i. e.the temperature increment process, the memory function, the tempering process, and the returnsearch. Thus some problems such as the selection of initial temperature have been solvedeffectively. We app1y the method to the wave1et parameter inversion and achieve a success.

本文对模拟退火法做了分析,提出了在于波参数反演中对模拟退火法的四种改进措施,即加温过程、记忆功能、回火过程、返回搜索,从而有效地解决了模拟退火法初始温度难以选择问题、从全局最优跳出问题、最终解在最优解附近而非最优解问题。并把该方法用于于波参数反演,取得了成功。

Objective:To observe the effect of invigorating qi and activating blood on the secretion of endothelial cell in rabbits with acute myocardial ischemia.Method:40 healthy New Zealand rabbits were randomly divided into the follow groups and given the corresponding medicine by perfusion for 6 days:control group,model group(saline),Huoxinling(活心灵)low doasge(Huoxinling decoction 8.54 g/kg)group,Huoxinling high dosage(Huoxinling decoction 17.08 g/kg)group and the western medicine(sorbitrate 2 mg/kg)group.Except for the control group,the coronary artery of rabbits in the latter four groups were ligated to make the model of acute myocardial ischemia one hour after the last perfusion.Plasma ET and serum NO were detected in each group.Result:Plasma ET parameters in the Huoxinling decoction groups were much lower than that in the model group(t=-2.6351,-3.2956,P<0.05).Conclusion:Huoxinling decoction could significantly decrease the plasma ET parameters in rabbits with acute myocardial ischemia.

目的 :观察益气活血法对急性心肌缺血内皮细胞分泌功能的影响。方法 :取健康新西兰兔 4 0只 ,随机分为 5组 ,每组 8只 ;设空白对照组、模型组、活心灵低剂量组、活心灵高剂量组、西药组 ,后 4组在正常饲养的基础上连续分别以生理盐水、活心灵汤 8.5 4 g/ kg、活心灵汤 17.0 8g/ kg、消心痛 2 mg/ kg灌胃 6天 ,于末次给药后 1h,在戊巴比妥钠全身麻醉下 ,结扎4组动物冠状动脉 ,造成心肌缺血动物模型。观察血浆 ET及血清 NO参数。结果 :活心灵低、高剂量组血浆 ET参数较模型组显著下降 (t=- 2 .6 35 1、- 3.2 95 6 ,P <0 .0 5 )。结论 :活心灵汤可显著降低兔急性心肌缺血血浆 ET参数。
