按照GB3480——83中的一般方法计算渐开线园柱齿轮的承载能力,需要计算齿轮在单位载荷下沿齿宽方向的相对变形量f_(?),其计算公式可按国标中相应的力学模型查出。本文给出另外四种常用的齿轮不同安装形式的力学模型,并对齿轮——轴进行了弯曲变形和扭转变形分析,得出这四种力学模型的f_(xho)计算公式。

A structuredly programmed design approach employing FORTRAN-77 is proposed for the programmed disgning of ordinary cylindrical worm mechaism. Included in the menu are calculations of: the meshing fatigue strength and bending fatigue strength; worm gear shaft toughness and its dimensions. The program enables the user to make his best choice among many optional designs as regards various steel grades and different number of worm shaft ends.

Based both on the accurate measurement of the four parts and the study on the relationship between the wow-flutter ratio and the shape diviation of the four parts, a rotatable combination design is made. After that a mathematical model is obtained....

抖晃率是录音机芯的一项重要质量指标,影响NTP系列录音机芯抖晃率的主要零件是主导轴组件,主动齿轮轴,张紧轮和压带弹簧。本文在对上述四个主要零件精密测试的基础上,对抖晃率与零件的形状误差之间的关系,进行了旋转组合设计,获得了数学模型,在工厂的条件下,对模型作了约束优化计算,得出了几组优化值。对降低抖晃率取得了满意的效果。
