EWP_high efficiency wastewater purifier performs primary physicochemical treatment through a stable and continuously and automatically renewable adsorption_filtration fluidized bed that is formed in the purifier by sediments of the papermaking effluent mixed with JF_polymer floculating agent.The removal rate can be 10%20% higher than that of normal air flotation or setting physicochemical treatment process.The treatment capacity of one single purifier amounts to 2500 m3/d. The results of more than three years' operation show that the removal rate of COD can reach 92.5%,BOD 78.5%,and SS 98.9%. The treated water can be recycled for reuse in the production process.

造纸生产过程排放的污水含大量的悬浮物、纤维和COD、BOD等有机污染物。EWP高效污水净化器是利用进入的经与JF高分子絮凝剂混合的造纸污水自身生成的絮凝沉淀物,在净化器内形成稳定的、可连续自动更新的吸附过滤流动床,对污水进行一级物化处理。由于絮凝沉淀物形成的流动床有活性碳的作用,所以比气浮或沉淀的物化处理工艺提高10%~20%的去除率。单台设备处理能力达2500m3/d。经过三年多的运行,结果表明可达到COD去除率为92.5%;BOD去除率为78.5%;SS去除率为98.9%。经处理污水还可回用到生产

This report mostly researched the experiment conditions of wastewater treatment by EWP High Efficient Wastewater Purifier of Guangzhou Huazhubao Technical & Engineering of Environmental Protection Co. Ltd in Guangzhou Papermaking Co. Ltd. In the process of the ex- periment, Four optimum seeking prescriptions were selected in the laboratory. Accordingly, a continuous operating experiment on papermaking wastewater was carried out for a month in Guangzhou Papermaking Co. Ltd. The best prescription and the operating cost were found in the process. When water quality changing, the adaptability of the treatment installation and the drugs were also fumbled. The experiment result indicated: COD of the treated water was from 98 to 172 mgA, the average could get to 150 mg/l. The treated water looked like the tap water, the drug cost of treating one ton wastewater was only 0. 20 -0. 30 Yuan. When the wastewater was fluctuating, the purifier installation could move regularly only by adding the capacity of the drugs, which need not change the drugs and add other equipment.

本报告主要研究广州市华珠保环保工程技术有限公司采用EWP高效污水净化器对广州造纸有限公司的废水进行治理的试验情况。在试验过程中,首先进行实验室试验并筛选出四种较优的配药方案,在此基础上,对广纸废水进行为期一个月的连续运行试验,摸索出达到最佳效果时的配药方案、运行成本以及水质变化时治理设备及药剂的适应能力。试验结果表明:废水经治理后COD值在98~172mg/l之间,平均达到150mg/l左右,出水清澈如自来水;处理药剂成本为0.20~0.30元/t。当废水水质波动时,只需调整药剂用量即可维持净化设备的正常运行,不需改变药剂或其它装置。

Some experiences in effluent treatment by high efficient wastewater purifier combined with the old equipment in Hengsha Paper Mill are introduced. The wastewater treatment system was effective and the running cost was low.

本文介绍横沙造纸厂结合原有废水处理设施,选用高效废水净化器进行废水治理的经验。 节省了废水处理工程投资,废水处理运行效果好。
