Objective To study the fibrous capsule structure and its change after expansion.Methods Twelve minipigs were chosen for establishing the animal models of conventional intermittent tissue expansion (CITE) and continuous pressure tissue expansion (CPTE). The capsule samples were taken for measurement and histological examination.Results The thickness and the contraction rates of capsules in CPTE group were significantly less than those of CITE group. The capsule consisted of four layers, in which a large amount of collagen and elastic fibers existed and some small arteries, veins and capillaries were well developed. After expanded flaps were transplanted, capsules contained in flaps were partially degenerated except elastic fiber layer and fibrolaminar layer, but capsules on the wound bed almost all degenerated. Conclusion The results suggest that capsules have contractive and blood supply abilities. Capsulectomy is able to decrease flap contraction. Large expanded flaps are better to have the capsule reserved. No efforts shall be done to the capsules on wound beds.

The free fall facility of the drop tower of NMLC is introduced. Compared with the similiar facility abroad, it's characters are double capsule structure, the space between the two capsules is evacuated and the recovery system utilizes the break character of synchronous motor and elastic cord. These techniques make the test procedure more easy and more economic. The data gained during the setup stage is analyzed. The result shows that the design goal is achieved.

Using phase contrast microscopy and electronic transmission microscopy,five types of hemocytes were determined in the larvae of Ostrinia furnaclis,namely granularcytes,plasmatocytes,oenocytoids,prohemocytes and spherule cells.Total hemocyte counts (THC) and differential hemocyte counts (DHC) were compared in the larval hemolymph.From the late stage of 3rd instar till the 5th day of 5th instar,THC increased shortly before and after ecdysis and thereafter decreased to a basal level.During the 1st day to the 5th day of 5th instar,the amount of plasmatocytes increased before the 3rd day and decreased after that,but granularcytes were the reverse.In in vitro test both plastomatocytes and granularcytes showed spreading and adhesive behavior but their spreading ability were different.When Sephadex A-25 beads were injected into the 5th-instar larvae they were soon encapsulated and some of them were melanized.Hemocytes were also able to encapsulate the latex beads in in vitro test.No difference of the capsule structure could be seen.

根据光镜和电镜观察结果 ,将亚洲玉米螟 (Ostriniafurnacalis)幼虫血细胞分为粒细胞、浆细胞、类绛色细胞、原血细胞和球形血细胞五类。调查了幼虫的血细胞总数 (THC)和各类血细胞数量 (DHC)的变化情况。从三龄末期到五龄第五天期间 ,幼虫的THC在蜕皮前后会下降 ,蜕皮后约 12h降到最低点 ,然后又慢慢回升。在五龄幼虫前 5d期间 ,浆细胞在前第三天呈增加趋势 ,之后开始下降 ,而粒细胞呈相反趋势。浆细胞和粒细胞具有附着延展性 ,它们可以附着在载玻片表面 ,但延展能力不同。血细胞可以迅速黏附在外源物如葡聚糖凝胶珠表面形成包囊 ,部分包囊会发生黑化现象。体外培养条件下 ,血细胞也可以形成包囊 ,其结构与体内形成的包囊差异不大。
