The sciatic nerve MCV measured with Sepp 1 inen's technique was 25.51 ± 3.72m/sec before exposure, but reduced little during the exposure. After 7 weeks quitted exposure, the MCV reduced to 20.7 ± 2.65m / sec which was 75.4%of the control (P< 0.001). Through 18 weeks of recovery, the MCV incrersed to 24.43 ± 3.54 m / sec which was 88.1 %of the control in the same period (P<0.05). Compared the data obtained from the two different MCV measuring techniques, the results showed that carbon disulfide not only damaged the spinal motor neurons (anterio horn celle of the spinal cord) and axons (axis), but also motor end plate and muscle. Standard technique measuring MCV has been proved as an useful index for early diagnosis of carbon disulfide neuropathy. The measurement of distal latency may be helpful in observing the condition of patients with carbon disulfide neuropathy during the treatment and recovery periods.

The results suggested that the phrenic nerve group was superior to accesory nerve group ( P< 0.05). Implantation with phrenic nerve motor neurotization might be a effective methord for treatment of brachial plexus roots avulsion.

用36只SD大鼠,对膈神经移位,副神经移位经腓肠神经移植种植于肱二头肌治疗臂丛撕脱伤进行比较研究。术后2、4、6月分别进行电生理学,组织学,功能测定。结果提示潜伏期,最大诱发电位,远端有髓纤维通过率,远端有髓纤维截面积,肌重,肌细胞截面积,肌肉功能测定,膈神经组优于副神经组(P<0.05)。实验结果表明,动力神经移位肌肉内种植是一种有一定疗效的手术方法,膈神经移位种植优于副神经移位种植。
