Using closed chamber the control effect of film mulching on methane gas (CH4) in dry culture rice field were studied.The results showed that soil oxidationreduction potential was improved by 25 mV;methane gas reached its peak value during reproductive stage and maturity stage; the methane gas emission of treatment was 40μL/L less than that of conventional flooded cultivation,a 28.6% decrease.
