本文用石墨炉原子吸收分光光度法测定二羧乙基锗倍半氧化物中锗的含量并以此作为评价该药物质量的依据,探讨了各种实验条件,选择了最佳测定浓度范围和实验溶剂以及最佳原子化温度和灰化温度。实验结果在0.1%~0.5%mg/L的浓度范围内其吸收度与浓度呈线性关系,平均回收率为103%,变异系数小于5,样品中锗的平均含量为42.7±1.69%,与42.9%理论值相近。本法具有灵敏、简便、快速、准确、重现性好等优点,可用于原料及制剂的分析。

The content of germanium dioxide in the biscarboxyl ethyl germanium sesquioxide was determined by coprecipitating with zirconium hydroxide and the coprecipitate was dissolved in hydrochforic acid.The germanium was extracted with carbon tetrachloride and determined by the colorimetric method with phenyl fruorone. The linear range of deternmined concentration was 10-6~10-5 mol/L at 510 nm, the average rate of recovery was 98.72% and the coefficient of variation was below 5%. It is a good method to analyze GeO2...

用氢氧化锆共沉-比色法测定二羧乙基锗倍半氧化物中二氧化锗的含量,先将锗与氢氧化锆共沉,沉淀用盐酸溶解,再用四氯化碳萃取盐酸溶液中锗,锗用苯芴酮比色法在510nm处测定。结果,锗在10-6~10-5mol/L范围内吸收度与浓度呈线性关系,回收率为98%~103%,变异系数小于5%,可用于原料及制剂中二氧化锗的分析。

The methed of extractive distillation with salt is used for recovering isopropyl alcohol from thewaste water of manufacturing drug.The process flow diagram and the process parameters have been presented.
