The results show that this TPV has very high tensile strength and hardness, as well as good resistances to solvent and aging. The tensile strength, hardness, permanent set, and resistances to hot oil, solvent and hot oxygen aging increase with the increase of PA level in the blends, while the elongation at break and swelling degree in mixed solvent of gasoline and benzene (in 3 '?1 ratio ) decreases.lt is found that the TPV possesses a morphplogy in which the crosslinked NBR particles are dispersed in the matrix of PA. The crosslinking degree of the rubber phase has a great inf-lunce on the mechanical properties of the material.The rheological studies reval that this TPV is a non-Newtonian fluid sensitive to shear in its molten state, thus it can be processed by injection moulding.

The influence of PA resin content, curing system,reinforcing agent, crosslink density of rubber phase and reprocessing times on the properties of blends is studied. Comprehensive property of CPE/PA is contrasted with that of CSM/PA. It is showed that,the crosslinking density of the rubber phase played an important part in the properties of blend. DCP system is better than NA-22 system in the CPE. To add a certain quantity of TAlC,the properties could be improved. It is showed by reprocessing charecteristic that the phase change of blend is between 90 / 10 to 80 / 20 (R / P). The comprehensive property of CPE / PA is better than that of CSM / PA.

以CPE,CSM弹性体和PA树脂为原料,采用动态硫化法制备了耐热油、耐溶剂、耐热氧老化等性能的新型共混热塑弹性体。考察了PA含量、交联体系、补强剂、胶相交联程度和返炼次数等对共混物性能的影响。并对CPE/PA与CSM/PA的综合性能进行了比较。结果表明:胶相交联程度对材料性能有重要影响。在CPE中DCP交联体系较NA-22为优,一定最的多功能团助剂TAIC在本体系中起着明显活化改性作用。返炼特性表明,共混物的相转变在R/P为90/10~80/20之间,综合性能CPE/PA较CSM/PA为优。

When the 1,2-polybutadiene rubber is blended with BR and NR, their processability, extrusion, behaviors and low temperature resistance can be improved.

考察了钛系 1,2-聚丁二烯生胶、混炼胶、硫化胶及其与顺丁橡胶(BR)、天然橡胶(NR)并用胶的性能。其生胶塑炼降解明显,凝胶在塑炼过程中很快分解消失。硫化胶的力学性能类似于 BR,但抗湿滑性能突出,生热特别低,耐热氧、臭氧老化性能良好。与BR、NR并用后,可改善其加工、挤出行为和耐低温性能。
