Abstract The method of damage analysis and life assessment based on the elastic analysis with elastoplastic and creep modification can be used in the design by analysis for the pressure vessels which work in high temperature.To calculate the fatigue strain amplitude,the elastic strain amplitude is modified by introducing the multi-axial stress factor and the Possion ratio adjustment factor,and the creep strain modified by the creep adjustment factor is added into the fatigue strain amplitude.The creep damage is also calculated from the elastic results.According to the ASME Code Case N-47,the principle and steps of the method of damage analysis and life assessment for the structures under the high temperature based on the elastic analysis are described in this paper,and the computational programs of the method are also developed by the author.

对于工作在高温环境下并进入弹塑性和蠕变状态的压力容器结构,可采用基于弹性分析并进行弹塑性和蠕变修正的损伤分析和寿命计算的方法,其中疲劳分析仍基于弹性计算,对弹性分析求出的结果进行非弹性修正(包括弹塑性修正以及引入多轴应力和Pos-sion比调整因子),并引入蠕变应变增量对疲劳应变幅进行修正。蠕变损伤的计算同样是基于弹性分析的结果,确定应力松驰历史,进而进行蠕变损伤计算。本文详细论述了采用该方法进行损伤分析和寿命计算的基本原理和计算步骤,而且作者已经编制了相应的计算分析程序。
