依据文献 [4]的模拟实验结果 ,拟定了楔横轧工艺成形阶梯轴类件时轧件表面出现表面缺陷 (蛇皮状或鱼鳞状缺陷 )时的金属流动速度场。以此为基础 ,并借助于上限原理和最小能量原理 ,获得了楔横轧成形阶梯轴时轧件表面缺陷形成的必要条件。同时 ,研究了表面缺陷产生与变形程度、摩擦因数及模具整形段相对长度的关系。从而为估测楔横轧成形阶梯轴类件时轧件表面是否会产生缺陷提供理论指导。

Then the research methods and the research achievements of RC members and structures at elevated temperature, such as the calculations of temperature field, ultimate load, deformation and ultimate time for fire-resistance, are summarized and overviewed. From the development of the theoretical analysis, the tendency of computerizing can be found. Finally, many suggestions, including emphasizing the study on defects of concrete, water moving, changes of dimensions and full-process analysis method, are proposed to the future theoretical research.

在查阅和分析国内外大量相关文献的基础上,本文首先阐述了钢筋混凝土材料热力学性能、热传导方程及分析工具等理论基础,然后对国内外钢筋混凝土构件和结构在高温下的温度场计算、承载力与变形计算以及耐火极限分析的理论研究方法与研究成果进行了归纳,指出了理论计算的计算机仿真技术化趋势,并对一些尚待解决的问题提出了建议,如加强混凝土缺陷、水分迁移与尺寸变化等影响因素的研究以及完善火灾全过程分析方法

采用提拉法沿a、b、c轴方向生长了Tm:YAP晶体,研究了该晶体的几种常见缺陷。通过化学腐蚀,利用光学显微镜观察了Tm:YAP晶体主要晶面的位错腐蚀坑形貌,发现在沿b轴生长晶体的(010)面上存在位错蚀坑密度不同的区域,对其成因进行了分析。借助偏光显微镜研究了晶体中的孪晶及消光现象,分析了成因并提出了消除措施。用He-Ne激光对晶体内的散射颗粒分布进行了研究,在扫描电镜(SEM)下观察到形状不规则的散射颗粒夹杂。上述研究结果对获得优质Tm:YAP晶体具有重要意义。
