The effect of hydrogen on mechanical properties of T225NG Ti-alloy -charging hydrogen by gases in high temperature has been studied. The results show that with the increasing of hydrogen content, elastic modulus increases. With hydrogen content increasing, ultimate tensile strength and yield strength increase appreciably and plasticity decreases. But when hydrogen content increases to 750 mg · kg-1 , plasticity of Ti-alloy is still good. According to analysis of microstructure and fracto-graph,...

通过高温气相充氢并进行拉伸试验,对氢在T225NG钛合金中的行为进行了初步的研究。结果表明,随着氢含量的增加,T225NG钛合金的弹性模量不断增加;氢含量对强度的影响不太明显,随着氢含量的增加,抗拉强度和屈服强度略有增加;塑性随氢含量的增加而下降,但当氢含量超过750mg·kg~(-1)时仍具有良好的塑性。通过对试样断口以及微观组织的分析,认为氢对T225NG钛合金力学性能的影响主要是由于渗入的氢产生氢化物引起的。
