A cyst nematode infesting cultural rehmannia (Rehmannia glutinosa Libosch.f.hueichingensisHsiao) was identified as a soybean cyst nematode (Heterodera glycines Ichinohe,1952) by morpho-logical, biological observations and reciprocal inoculations between rehmannia and soybeans. Themain morphology, biology and control of the nematode is presented. On rehmannia 5 or 6 genera-tions of this nematode could develop in Beijing within a year. The time required for development of ageneration was about 27 days...

A cyst nematode infesting cultural rehmannia (Rehmannia glutinosa Libosch.f.hueichingensisHsiao) was identified as a soybean cyst nematode (Heterodera glycines Ichinohe,1952) by morpho-logical, biological observations and reciprocal inoculations between rehmannia and soybeans. Themain morphology, biology and control of the nematode is presented. On rehmannia 5 or 6 genera-tions of this nematode could develop in Beijing within a year. The time required for development of ageneration was about 27 days at an average soil temperature of 24.5℃ and about 35 days at 20.2℃.Viability of eggs and of larvae in cysts of the nematode was drastically reduced by desiccation. Reh-mannia root leachates were ineffective in stimulating larvae emergence from cysts and egg masses ofthe nematode. Crop rotations and resistant varieties are major measures to control the nematode. It isalso effective to treat the nematode-infested soils with D-D and reproductive materials with hot water.The nematode infects, in addition to rehmannia, another five medicinal plants such as Tall Skullcap(Scutellaria altissima), Wool Mullein (Verbascun thapsiformis), Pyrenees Snapdragon (Antirrhi-num molle), China Thermopsis (Thermopsis chinensis) and pair vetch(Vicia unijuga).

种植抗病品种是防治大豆孢囊线虫(Heterodera glycines)病经济有效的措施,而培育抗病品种的关键乃在于抗病性鉴定方法的正确与否。本文报道了大豆品种资源与抗病转育后代对大豆孢囊线虫病抗病性简便、迅速、准确的鉴定技术,其中包括病土的选用、种植管理、鉴定时间及病级标准等技术环节,将有助于从我国丰富的大豆资源中筛选出类型更多的抗大豆孢囊线虫病的抗源材料,并加速抗病育种进程。

A number of soil samples was tested with a set of soybean differential hosts which is used popularly in United States for determination of physiological races of the soybean cyst nematode. The soil samples came from 9 places within 5 provinces in China respectively.As results, 3 races of the nematode was identified. Among them, race No. 4 was found in samples from Dangshan county of Anhui-province, Taigu county of Shanxi province and Kenli county of Shandong province; race No. 1 came from Changtu county...

以美国目前应用的一套鉴别品种为基础,对采自我国5省9个地点的大豆孢囊线虫进行了生理小种鉴定,结果鉴定出三个小种,其中4号小种采自安徽省砀山县、山西省太谷县和山东省肯利县;1号小种采自辽宁省昌图县;3号小种采自黑龙江省的哈尔滨市、佳木斯市、牡丹江市、肇东县和铁力县。上述小种均分别相当于美国、日本等已鉴定发现的同号小种。 试验认为,今后我们对大豆孢囊线虫生理小种的鉴定,可用黑农26号作为感病对照品种以代替Lee或Essex;并增设龙抗SCN 792作为新的鉴别品种。
